Buddy moves

A buddy move (Japanese: シンクロわざ Synchro move) is a Pokémon move with an activation condition and usually a deactivation condition. Introduced in Version 2.24.0*, this move always starts deactivated, but once its activation condition is fufilled, it becomes usable until its deactivation condition (if any) triggers. Then, unless its MP (if any) becomes zero, the process repeats.
