Decidueye
7 8.5s Charges power before firing a quill in the designated direction. Damage dealt by the quill increases the longer power is charged, but the user's movement speed is decreased while charging. If this move hits any Pokémon from the opposing team after power is charged to the maximum, it will stitch those Pokémon’s shadows to the ground. All affected Pokémon receive damage upon moving a set distance from their stitched locations, and their movement speed is decreased for a short time. A maximum of three uses can be kept in reserve for this move.
Upgraded to Spirit Shackle+ when the Pokémon reaches Lv. 11.
Upgrade: Deals increased damage to opposing Pokémon with low remaining HP.

Pokémon Method
User First Used In Notes
Decidueye Decidueye draws an arrow quill from its wing, with a shadowy aura surrounding the tip after it's drawn, and fires it at the opponent. The arrow loops around the opponent before striking the ground in front of it, creating a burst of blue fire-like energy around the opponent or sticking the opponent's shadow in place, preventing the opponent from moving. Or the arrow simply flies in a straight direction which then strikes and pierces the opponent.
