Works great if the user goes first this turn.

Noble Roar (Japanese: おたけび War Cry) is a non-damaging Normal-type move introduced in Generation VI. Prior to Generation VII, it was the signature move of Litleo and Pyroar.

Effect

Noble Roar lowers the target's Attack and Special Attack stats by one stage.

Noble Roar is a sound-based move. Noble Roar can hit Pokémon even if they are behind a substitute.

If powered up by a Normalium Z into Z-Noble Roar, the user's Defense stat rises by one stage. Throat Chop cannot prevent a Pokémon from using Z-Noble Roar.
