Power-Up Punch (Japanese: グロウパンチ Grow Punch) is a damage-dealing Fighting-type move introduced in Generation VI. It was TM98 in Generation VI.
Power-Up Punch does damage and raises the user's Attack by one stage.
| Striking opponents over and over makes the user's fists harder. Hitting a target raises the Attack stat.
In other games
|| It damages an enemy. It could also boost your Attack. The stat returns to normal when you go to the next floor or step on a Wonder Tile.
In Pokémon GO, Power-Up Punch is a Charged Attack that has been available since March 5, 2019.

In other generations
- Wooper, Pupitar, and Fennekin are all able learn Power-Up Punch despite not having arms. This can be explained by the fact that all of them evolve into Pokémon that have arms, and in Pupitar's case, it also evolves from a Pokémon that already has arms.
