Description A new Trainer on a new adventure with Pokémon, ready to take her important first steps toward becoming a Pokémon master.

Bettie (Japanese: ユイ Yui) is the female player character in Pokémon Masters EX. Her male counterpart is Scottie.

Along with her sync pair Pikachu, Bettie explores the land of Pasio to compete in the Pokémon Masters League. Bettie also forms sync pairs with other Pokémon during her adventures, including Torchic and Solgaleo, as well as various Pokémon hatched from Eggs.

Description Full of hope and curiosity about what each new day will bring, this Trainer is up to any challenge with his Legendary Pokémon.

Bettie forms a sync pair with Solgaleo during the events of The Beast That Devours the Sun which ran from January 1 to 22, 2020 as well as April 6 to 24, 2020, and June 7 to July 26, 2021. During the event, Bettie teams up with Hau and Roxie to challenge and defeat Solgaleo. After multiple wins against Solgaleo, the Sunne Pokémon decides to join Bettie as a sync pair.

Bettie can also form sync pairs with a number of Pokémon hatched from Eggs. She is first gifted an Egg from Professor Bellis, when she recruits Bettie in helping research the sync pair bond formed between Trainers and Eggs. Bettie appeared in the Pokémon Masters Animated Trailer, where she joined Barry and Iris in a journey across Pasio. In a stadium, the trio came across Skyla, Flint, and Acerola; and battled their Swanna, Infernape, and Palossand, respectively. The outcome of the battle was left unknown.
