Hyper Voice (Japanese: ハイパーボイス Hyper Voice) is a damage-dealing Normal-type move introduced in Generation III. It was TR42 in Pokémon Sword and Shield, and is TM117 in Generation IX.
Effect
Generation III-V
Hyper Voice inflicts damage to all adjacent opponents. Pokémon with the Ability Soundproof are not affected by this move.
Hyper Voice will fail if the target is behind a substitute.
Generation VI onwards
Hyper Voice can now hit Pokémon even if they are behind a substitute.
Hyper Voice will destroy certain natural objects found in the background of battles.
Hyper Voice will become a Water-type move when used by a Pokémon with the Ability Liquid Voice. If the user is affected by Throat Chop, it will be unable to use this move for two turns.
Hyper Voice will have its power boosted by 30% when used by a Pokémon with the Ability Punk Rock. The damage dealt by Hyper Voice will also be halved when used against a Pokémon with Punk Rock. If the user is holding a Throat Spray, the item will be consumed and the user's Special Attack stat will raise by one stage.

Pokémon UNITE
In Pokémon UNITE, Hyper Voice is Sylveon's first move. It is obtained by evolving from Eevee at level 4 and upgrading Swift into it instead of Mystical Fire. The user unleashes an attack of multiple sound waves that deal damage when they hit. The damage dealt increases the farther the target is from the user. Every sound wave reduces enemy Sp. Defense by 20% (stacking up to 4 times at 80%) after dealing damage to an enemy. At level 10, the user creates an extra sound wave.
