At Join Avenue's Market, X Accuracy can be bought in dozens at $8550 each, which equates to $712.5 per X Accuracy.
Effect
Generations I to II
When used from the Bag during battle, it makes the Pokémon's moves ignore accuracy checks. It also allows one-hit knockout moves to always hit but will still fail if the target has a higher Speed (in Generation I) or level (in Generation II) than the user.
Generations III to VI
When used from the Bag during battle, it raises the accuracy of a Pokémon currently in battle by 1 level. It also increases the Pokémon's friendship a little. One-hit knockout moves are no longer affected by X Accuracy.
Generation VII onward
When used from the Bag during battle, it raises the accuracy of a Pokémon currently in battle by 2 levels. It also increases the Pokémon's friendship a little. One-hit knockout moves are unaffected by X Accuracy.
Wonder Launcher
The X Accuracy appears as four Wonder Launcher items, increasing Accuracy by 1, 2, 3, or 6 stages. It costs 3, 5, 7, or 11 points to use respectively.
X Accuracy is a Trainer card introduced in the Next Quest expansion. When used, if the targeted Pokémon spins a Miss in battle on that turn, it spins again.
In Pokémon Duel, X Accuracy is a Plate. When used, if the targeted Pokémon spins a Miss in battle on that turn, it will shift to the next wheel segment.
In the spin-off games
Pokémon Masters EX
In Pokémon Masters EX, X Accuracies can only be used by certain sync pairs who have them as an item move. In addition, a variant of X Accuracy called X Accuracy All can be used by certain sync pairs. Both of these item moves have 2 MP. An X Accuracy only raises the user's accuracy, while an X Accuracy All raises the accuracy of all allies. A full list of all sync pairs who can learn X Accuracy or X Accuracy All can be found here.
