After a set amount of time passes, or if the move is used again, the flurry of down bursts, creating a zone of mist. Opposing Pokémon in the zone take damage, receive a slowing effect, and are marked. Marked opposing Pokémon deal decreased damage. If either Latias or Latios deals damage to marked Pokémon, the duration those Pokémon remain marked increases. Upgraded to Mist Ball+ when the Pokémon reaches Lv. 12. Upgrade: Increases the duration opposing Pokémon remain marked. |
