Air Slash (Japanese: エアスラッシュ Air Slash) is a damage-dealing Flying-type move introduced in Generation IV. It was TM95 in Pokémon Sword and Shield, and is TM065 in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

Effect

Generation IV

Air Slash inflicts damage and has a 30% chance of causing the target to flinch. It can hit non-adjacent opponents in Triple Battles.

Air Slash has a PP of 20 in this generation.

Generation V

Air Slash is no longer affected by King's Rock.

Generation VI onwards

Air Slash's PP was reduced from 20 to 15. If used by a Pokémon with Sharpness, its power is increased by 50%.

Generation VIII

Pokémon Legends: Arceus

Air Slash's PP has been reduced to 10. It also lowers the target's action speed.

Pokémon UNITE

In Pokémon UNITE, Air Slash is Cramorant's second move. It is obtained by reaching level 4 and upgrading Feather Dance into it instead of Hurricane. The user shoots many blades of air while moving backwards, dealing damage to enemies within the cone. This move's cooldown is reduced for every blade that hits. At level 11, each blade also heals the user on hit.

Finally, Sky Forme Shaymin flies back and flies into the energy ball, sending a light blue blast from the ball at the opponent.

Togekiss Togekiss spins its body in place, and its body glows light blue. Then, light blue energy appears around Togekiss and spirals around it, slashing the opponent, or a light blue energy ball appears in front of Togekiss's body and it fires it at the opponent. As the ball fires at the opponent, it turns into a beam, or Togekiss lifts up one wing and starts waving it around. Light blue energy streaks then appear and swirl around, forming into a ball above the tip of Togekiss's wing. It then tosses the ball at the opponent; or, Togekiss's wings glow white. It then flaps its wings, firing multiple whitish-blue, glowing blades of energy from them at the opponent. On occasion, this will cause the opponent to flinch.
