Stone Edge (Japanese: ストーンエッジ Stone Edge) is a damage-dealing Rock-type move introduced in Generation IV.
It is:
- TM71 from Generation IV to Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, and in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.
- TR75 in Pokémon Sword and Shield.
- TM150 in Generation IX.
In Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, it can be upgraded to the special Z-Move Splintered Stormshards by Lycanroc holding Lycanium Z.
Effect
Stone Edge deals damage and has an increased critical hit ratio.
Stone Edge can also be used as part of a Contest Spectacular combination, with the user gaining extra three appeal points if the move Focus Energy was used in the prior turn.
