Focus Punch is a highly-damaging Fighting-type move introduced in Generation III.

Effect
The user of Focus Punch will charge up during one turn, then attack on the next, unless it is hit by the opponent's move, in which case it will lose its focus and be unable to move.
If used in a double battle, the user will make its move the last of all four Pokémon. The Pokémon will be unable to make its move if hit before launching the attack.
