Eerie Impulse (Japanese: かいでんぱ Strange Wave) is a non-damaging Electric-type move introduced in Generation VI.

Effect

Eerie Impulse lowers the target's Special Attack stat by two stages. If the target has the ability Lightning Rod, its ability raises its Special Attack by one stage instead.
