Encore (Japanese: アンコール Encore) is a non-damaging Normal-type move introduced in Generation II.

Effect

Encore forces the target to repeat the last move that they used for 4 to 8 turns. If the victim of Encore runs out of PP on the last move used, the effects of Encore end immediately. If Disable is used after Encore, the target will be forced to use Struggle until the effects of Disable or Encore have worn off.
