Marnie (Japanese: マリィ Mary) is a character introduced in Pokémon Sword and Shield.

Marnie is one of the player's rivals in Pokémon Sword and Shield. She is a calm, calculated Trainer who wants to become Champion in order to accomplish a hidden objective. She has her own fan club, Team Yell, who try to obstruct her potential rivals.
