Helena (Japanese: ヒマワリ Himawari) is a minor character who appears in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum.

She is never seen, only being mentioned when the player sees a weather report on TV, which she delivers.

Her only known Pokémon is Clefairy, who she says she wants to snuggle with on cold days.
