Tailwind (Japanese: おいかぜ Tailwind) is a non-damaging Flying-type move introduced in Generation IV. It is TM113 in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

Effect

Generation IV

Tailwind doubles the Speed stat of the user and all other Pokémon in the user's party for three turns.

Generation V

Tailwind now lasts for four turns.

Generation VI

Tailwind's PP is changed from 30 to 15.

Generation VII

If powered up by a Flyinium Z into Z-Tailwind, the user's critical-hit rate is increased by two stages.

Generation IX

Tailwind is a wind move.
