Pokémon card art life profile picture

Pokémon card art life (Japanese: ポケカアートライフ Pokeca art life) was an official[1] Instagram account operating under the tag @pokeca_art_life that was set up on January 16, 2023. The account's main purpose was to celebrate Pokémon card illustrations, following the increased focus on artwork during the Scarlet & Violet Series of the Pokémon Trading Card Game.

Posts on the account contained a short context on what the illustration depicts, as well as the card name and illustrator credit. Both a digital image of the artwork and a digital image of the card were included. Occasionally, new cards were revealed via the new posts. The account featured illustrations from as early as Generation I, publishing digital images that were previously unavailable publicly.

Common themes included anniversaries, narrative and combined illustrations, and Japanese secular holidays. Each post contained the following message:

The account made its final post on July 26, 2024, and was closed sometime between September 4 and November 16, 2024.
