Release information

In Japan, this card was released as a S-P Promotional card and was given to people who won rock paper scissors competitions held during V Start Battle ~Get Eevee~ events, which were hosted at participating Pokémon Card Gym venues beginning July 23, 2020. These events required players to purchase or bring in one of the V Starter Decks at a venue and use it in matches. It was given away again in the same manner during V Starter Deck Beginner Enhanced Battle events, held at Pokémon Card Gym venues from December 5, 2020. These events required players to purchase two Shiny Star V booster packs at a venue and integrate at least one card into an existing V Starter Deck. This card features the V Starter Deck logo.
