Shigenori Negishi
Shigenori Negishi (Japanese: ネギシシゲノリ) is an illustrator based in Chigasaki City,[1] who has contributed artwork to the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Their first card was Hitmontop from the Call of Legends expansion.
