Trivia

Atsushi Nagashima, the game director of the TCG, has stated that Espeon and Umbreon were chosen to be featured on TAG TEAM cards because the development team wanted a pairing of Psychic and Dark Pokémon.[1] This card was featured in the Tag Team GX Starter Sets alongside Umbreon & Darkrai-GX. As such, it was important that the card be easy to use. Additionally, the team wanted it to synergize well with Mewtwo & Mew-GX, which was developed concurrently.[2]

Origin

This card features Deoxys in its Normal Forme.
