Naoyo Kimura (Japanese: 木村(きむら)直代(なおよ) Kimura Naoyo; born 1960[1]) is an illustrator for the Pokémon Trading Card Game. He has created illustrations for the Neo expansions, and the Southern Islands and Diamond & Pearl sets.

Besides contributing artwork for the Pokémon TCG, Naoyo Kimura illustrated the Pokémon Tales picture book Come Out, Squirtle! For the 2023 "Pokémon x Van Gogh" art collaboration, Kimura contributed illustrations of Pikachu and the evolutionary lines of Honchkrow and Corviknight, inspired by Vincent van Gogh's Self-Portrait with Grey Felt Hat and Wheatfield with Crows, respectively.
