Kittaka in 2020

Fumie Kittaka (Japanese: 橘髙文美恵 Kittaka Fumie) is an artist who has worked for Game Freak since 2016,[1] having worked on concept art as well as designs for both Pokémon and human characters. She is also an illustrator for the Pokémon Trading Card Game who has been illustrating since Cosmic Eclipse starting with Magnemite. Thus far, Kittaka has illustrated 3 cards for the TCG.
