Release information
This card was included as a Regular card, an ultra rare, and a special illustration rare in the 151 expansion, first released in the Japanese Pokémon Card 151 subset. The Regular and ultra rare prints feature artwork by takuyoa, while the special illustration rare print features artwork by Shiburingaru.
An SVP Black Star Promo version of the card with artwork by takuyoa was included in the 151 ex Box—Zapdos ex, released on October 6, 2023. An oversized version was also included in the box. This print was released in Japan as an SV-P Promotional card and was given for winners of the 2024 Champions League events, beginning with the 2024 Yokohama Champions League held at the Pacifico Yokohama Exhibition Hall from September 9 to 10, 2023.[1][2] This card was given to players that have achieved 4 or more qualifying wins for the Junior League, and 5 or more qualifying wins for the Senior and Master Leagues. This print has the "Pokémon Trading Card Game Championships Series 2024" stamp on the bottom right corner of the artwork.
