This card was reprinted as an SV-P Promotional card in multiple Asian languages with artwork by Yamazaki Rei as part of a tie-in with Pokémon Horizons: The Series and features a localized Pokémon Horizons: The Series logo in the bottom right corner of the illustration. It was first released in the Pokémon Horizons: The Series Special Card Set in Taiwan and Hong Kong on August 2, 2024 alongside localized releases of the Stellar Miracle expansion.[1][2][3] The Special Card Set was subsequently released in Thailand on August 30, 2024 and in Indonesia on September 20, 2024 alongside the localized equivalents of the Stellar Miracle expansion, Stellar Guidance.[4][5] Each Special Card Set was packaged with a copy of this print, a Fuecoco promo card, an oversizedTerapagos & Friends promo card, and ten booster packs of Stellar Miracle or Stellar Guidance (depending on the region).
For European markets, the promo cards were instead distributed as gifts with purchase over specific periods, with Sprigatito available between November 15 and December 14, 2024. In France, it was given away at participating retailers, such as Bien Jouets,[7] with TCG purchases worth at least €29.99.[8] In Germany, it was given away at participating retailers, such as God of Games,[9] with TCG purchases worth at least €29.99.[10] In Ireland, it was given away at participating Smyths stores with purchases worth at least €20.[11] In Italy, it was given away at participating retailers, such as Giochi Preziosi,[12] with TCG purchases worth at least €29.99.[13] In Spain, it was given away at participating retailers with TCG purchases worth at least €29.99.[14] In the United Kingdom, it was included with qualifying TCG orders worth at least £20 from the online Pokémon Center store.[15] It was also given away with TCG purchases worth the same amount at participating Smyths stores.[16]
In mainland China, multiple Parallel Holfoil versions of the Scarlet & Violet print were included in Gem Pack Vol. 1, which was released on January 17, 2025. An exclusive Full Art print with artwork by Yasuda Shuhei was also available in the same subset, which features the Pokémon Horizons: The Series logo on its artwork.
