Razor Shell (Japanese: シェルブレード Shell Blade) is a damage-dealing Water-type move introduced in Generation V. It is TM83 in Pokémon Sword and Shield.
Effect
Razor Shell inflicts damage and has a 50% chance of lowering the target's Defense stat by one stage.
