Description This Trainer who loves “Veevees” attends an academy in Paldea. She has a shy personality but is knowledgeable about machines.

Penny (Japanese: ボタン Botan) is a Pokémon Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX, based on the character of the same name in the core series games. She forms a sync pair with Sylveon. This pair can be obtained through a Poké Fair sync pair scout beginning on November 10, 2023. This pair can be raised to Masters EX star.png 6★ EX since it first released.

Raising this sync pair to 6★ EX will unlock Song Key 09003, which allows "Battle! (Penny) (Pokémon Masters EX Version)" to be played in the Jukebox.

Trivia

  • All versions of Penny use special voice-over lines upon entering a team that contains certain Trainers (regardless of their partner Pokémon) and victory with them. Those Trainers include Nemona.

Origin

Penny's design is based on her appearance in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Sylveon is Penny's signature Pokémon in the core series games. Sylveon's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Ultra Sun.
