Elesa (Japanese: カミツレ Kamitsure) is a Pokémon Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX, based on the character of the same name in the core series games. She forms a sync pair with Zebstrika. This sync pair was first made available on October 17, 2019. This pair could be raised to 6★ EX from October 2, 2020.
Elesa in her sygna suit forms a sync pair with Rotom. This sync pair was first made available on February 28, 2020. This pair could be raised to 6★ EX from January 7, 2021.

- Sygna Suit Elesa & Rotom have been featured in more sync pair scouts than any other permanent pair, being featured in eight different scouts.
- All versions of Elesa use special voice-over lines upon entering a team that contains certain Trainers (regardless of their partner Pokémon) and victory with them. Those Trainers include Skyla, Caitlin, Iris, and Nessa.
- In the story event Chef's Heartful Delivery, Elesa reveals that her Togetic was raised from an Egg she received from Skyla.

Elesa's design is based on her appearance in Pokémon Black 2 and White 2. Zebstrika is Elesa's signature Pokémon in the core series games. Zebstrika's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Black 2 and White 2.
