Pokémon Masters EX/Main Story (Co-op)

The Main Story of Pokémon Masters EX is available in Co-op mode after completing Interlude 1 of the Main Story. Much like the Main Story, it consists of multiple chapters, with the next chapter unlocked once the corresponding stage in Single-player mode is completed. Co-op mode only features Co-op battles, and does not repeat the storyline.

Most stages have four difficulties, with Super Hard mode introduced on January 8, 2020. All battles reward 30 Gems as a First-Time reward. Very Hard and Super Hard modes will reward the player with Gear.

Interlude 1: Brock's Grit

Players can obtain Fighting-type Gear as Completion and Battle Rewards on Very Hard and Super Hard modes. The player will also obtain 1★ Fighting Bandanna on Very Hard mode, and 1★ Fighting Bandanna, Bracelet, and Pin on Super Hard mode as First-Time Rewards.
