Staggering (Japanese: 攻撃時ひるみ付与 Grant Flinch Chance When Attacking) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon successfully uses an attack on the target, it has a chance of flinching the target. The skill can range from Staggering 1 to Staggering 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a greater chance of activation. Staggering 9 will always flinch the target. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including
buddy moves, but not sync moves or
max moves.
