Weather Ball is a Normal-type move introduced in Generation III.

Effect

Weather Ball deals damage of the Normal-type. During any weather condition, Weather Ball attacks with a different type and its base power doubles to 100. The type that Weather Ball is depends on the weather conditions at the time it is used. It will be:

• Fire-type if Sunny Day is under effect.
• Water-type if Rain Dance is under effect.
• Ice-type if Hail is under effect.
• Rock-type if Sandstorm is under effect.
• Doubles in power if Fog is under effect.
• Shadow move (and therefore ???-type) if Shadow Sky is under effect (in Pokémon XD only).

Type power-ups from the weather will be put into effect, as well as STAB caused by Castform's type changing from its ability, Forecast.

Roserade. A yellow-orange ball forms between Roserade's hands. Roserade then fires it at the opponent. It then burns the opponent.
