Shock Wave is an Electric-type move introduced in Generation III that deals a small amount of damage.
Effect
Shock Wave does damage. It will not miss, regardless of accuracy drops and evasion increases. It will only miss if the opponent is using Fly, Dig, Bounce, or Dive.
