Terastal Festival (Japanese: テラスタル記念祭典! Terastal Commemorative Festival!) was the Six-Year Anniversary Event in Pokémon Masters EX. It was focused on the sync pairs Red (Anniversary 2025) & Charizard, Irida (Anniversary 2025) & Typhlosion, and Gloria (Anniversary 2025) & Cinderace.
The "Red EX Master Fair" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Red (Anniversary 2025) & Charizard for the duration of the event. The "Irida EX Master Fair" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Irida (Anniversary 2025) & Typhlosion from August 30, 2025 to the end of the event. The "Gloria EX Master Fair" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Gloria (Anniversary 2025) & Cinderace from September 1, 2025 to the end of the event.
Players could team up with Juliana & Sprigatito, Florian & Fuecoco, and Nemona & Quaxly by completing the first story area of the event, Appointed Representatives. Custom items to upgrade these sync pairs were rewards for completing the other story areas in the event.
During this event, players could earn event points by completing battles. Players received rewards based on the number of points accumulated, including Six-Year Anniversary Scout Tickets, a special photo frame for the photo creator, Move Candy Coins, Roll Cake Coins, medals, and a Master Fair Guaranteed Ticket. In addition, players could complete missions by accumulating certain amounts of event points, which unlocked additional story areas in the event. All battles could be challenged an unlimited number of times except Daily Extreme Battle 1, which could only be challenged once per day.
The Six-Year Anniversary Scout Tickets could be used in the Six-Year Anniversary Ticket Scout, a special ticket scout with chance to recruit any variety, costume, seasonal, or fair-exclusive sync pair (excluding Carmine & Sinistcha). The Master Fair Guaranteed Ticket could be used in the Master Fair Guaranteed Ticket Scout to scout N (Anniversary 2021) & Reshiram, Steven (Anniversary 2021) & Rayquaza, or Lillie (Anniversary 2021) & Lunala, chosen at random.
The player could battle using Red (Anniversary 2025) & Charizard, Irida (Anniversary 2025) & Typhlosion, Gloria (Anniversary 2025) & Cinderace, Juliana & Sprigatito, Florian & Fuecoco, or Nemona & Quaxly to obtain +0.6× bonus points; N (Anniversary 2021) & Reshiram, Steven (Anniversary 2021) & Rayquaza, Lillie (Anniversary 2021) & Lunala, Skyla (Anniversary 2022) & Tornadus, Raihan (Anniversary 2022) & Flygon, May (Anniversary 2022) & Latias, or Lillie (Anniversary 2024) & Solgaleo to obtain +0.4× bonus points; and any unlisted sync pairs with the
Seasonal Outfit theme skill to obtain +0.2× bonus points.
Two special log-in bonuses were available alongside this event. The first, the Six-Year Anniversary Log-In Bonus, gave players 4,000 Gems for logging in three times, with each set of Gems being given by one of the anniversary pairs. This log-in bonus was available from the beginning of the event to September 14, 2025. The second, the Terastal Festival Log-In Bonus, gave players 30 Six-Year Anniversary Scout Tickets over the course of ten days. This log-in bonus was available from the beginning of the event to September 15, 2025.
Additionally, the music and artwork on the title screen were different than usual. The title screen artwork depicted Red (Anniversary 2025) & Charizard, Irida (Anniversary 2025) & Typhlosion, and Gloria (Anniversary 2025) & Cinderace, and the background music was a remix of the Tera Raid Battle theme from Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. In addition, a special voice-over line of Red, Irida, or Gloria saying "Pokémon Masters EX" would play as soon as the game's logo appeared on the title screen, chosen at random each time the title screen was loaded.
Plot
Red, Irida and Gloria have sought out Carmine and Kieran to learn about Sync Terastalizing at the request of Lear. He's holding a festival to showcase the technique, calling it a formal demonstration of the bonds between Trainers and Pokémon on Pasio. Gloria takes the opportunity to ask why their Pokémon's Tera Types are different from their normal types, which Carmine shrugs off as them being special and tells them to nail it.
A few days later, Lear has dressed himself in his sygna suit to open the event, with Red, Irida, and Gloria following behind him to reveal their Sync Terastalized Charizard, Hisuian Typhlosion, and Cinderace respectively. Lear invites everyone to take advantage of the event to get to know other sync pairs better. Nearby, Juliana, Florian and Nemona cheer with the Paldea first partner Pokémon at their sides.
During the festival, Lance, Raihan, and Iris admire Red's Charizard, with Lance remarking that while Charizard has already been able to Mega Evolve into a Dragon type, it's also become more dragon-like by Terastallizing. Kabu introduces Larry to Gloria, who when asked by Clavell admits that her Cinderace's Tera Type was Rock from the start. Prompted by Kabu, Larry reveals that the restaurant he frequents has many dishes, including one that allows a Pokémon to change its Tera Type. He goes on to recommend some other places for Gloria to try if she heads to Paldea. Having heard about Grusha from Samson Oak, Elio and Selene introduce him to Irida, who wishes to learn about how to become an Ice-type Gym Leader. Grusha warns her that it's not an easy path, but Irida is determined to learn. Nemona, Hop, Serena, and Calem reminisce about their rivals and how they shine brightest while battling them. Juliana introduces Lacey to Ingo and Emmet, who in turn reminisce about the time they negotiated with Lacey's father Clay for permission to build Pasio Subway. Juliana and Lacey then challenge the Subway Bosses to a tag battle. Carmine and Kieran approach Florian, having heard that he is from an alternate world, and ask him to be friends and rivals with them as well.
At the end of the festival, Red, Irida and Gloria remark on the success of the festival with Juliana, Florian and Nemona, while Lear is busy chasing after his Hoopa and Gholdengo. To conclude the event, the three Paldean Trainers challenge the three Sync Terastal users to one last battle.

Trivia
- Despite being featured in three previous anniversaries, this was the first event where Red was allowed to say the name of the game on the title screen.
- Larry recalling how he received a League Card upon meeting Kabu is a reference to the event Middle-Aged Opposites, where these two characters met and became friends.
- Grusha knowing Samson Oak as a surfer, and Samson knowing of him, is a reference to the event Make Waves to the Future, where Grusha joined in Samson's surfing event.
