Who's the Best Singer? (Japanese: 最強シンガー決定戦！？ The Strongest Singer Competition?!) was a story event in Pokémon Masters EX. It was focused on the sync pairs Sygna Suit Roxie & Toxtricity, Sygna Suit Piers & Toxtricity, and Ryuki & Turtonator.
The "Sygna Suit Roxie Poké Fair Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Sygna Suit Roxie & Toxtricity from the beginning of the event to November 20, 2023; the "Sygna Suit Piers Poké Fair Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Sygna Suit Piers & Toxtricity from November 2 to 20, 2023; the "Ryuki Spotlight Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Ryuki & Turtonator from November 4 to 20, 2023.
During this event, players could earn Event Vouchers Q from battles that could be redeemed in the shop. All battles could be challenged an unlimited number of times except Daily Extreme Battle 1, which could only be challenged once per day. Extra vouchers were automatically exchanged with coins once the event was finished.
The player could battle using Sygna Suit Roxie & Toxtricity or Sygna Suit Piers & Toxtricity to obtain +0.6× bonus vouchers; Ryuki & Turtonator or Volkner & Luxray to obtain +0.4× bonus vouchers; and Flint & Infernape or any unlisted sync pairs with the 
Artistic theme skill to obtain +0.2× bonus vouchers.
This event featured the Battle Challenge, where players were challenged to defeat a team of strong opponents. Players could complete event missions by clearing these areas with teams using various theme skills, earning medals and other rewards.
In addition, players could earn a medal for completing all the story areas in the event.

- This event references the events of Summer Superstars, the story event where Ryuki made his debut.
- Piers's team in the competition is the same trio that appeared in the Challenge the Dark Types battle of the first Daily Type Rotation event.
