Facing the Future with Fight (Japanese: 未来へ向かう闘志！ Fighting Spirit Towards the Future!) was a Neo Champions event in Pokémon Masters EX. It was focused on the sync pairs Hilbert (Champion) & Kyurem and Hilda (Champion) & Iron Leaves.
The "Hilbert EX Master Fair" sync pair scout gave players an increased chance of recruiting Hilbert (Champion) & Kyurem for the duration of the event, and the "Hilda EX Master Fair" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Hilda (Champion) & Iron Leaves starting on November 30, 2025 and lasting until the end of the event.
During this event, players could earn event points by completing battles. Players received rewards based on the number of points accumulated, including 5★ Scout Tickets, a Field Move Candy Coin, an Ever Pin, and medals. All battles could be challenged an unlimited number of times except Daily Extreme Battle 1, which could only be challenged once per day.
The player could battle using Hilbert (Champion) & Kyurem or Hilda (Champion) & Iron Leaves to obtain +0.6× bonus points; N & Zekrom, Nate & Braviary, or Rosa & Snivy/Servine/Serperior to obtain +0.4× bonus points; and any unlisted Unova sync pairs to obtain +0.2× bonus points.
This event featured the Battle Challenge, where players were challenged to defeat a team of strong opponents. Players could complete event missions by clearing these areas with one or fewer sync pairs fainting and sync pairs with specific theme skills on the team.
Additionally, the music and artwork on the title screen were different than usual. The title screen artwork depicted Hilbert (Champion) & Kyurem and Hilda (Champion) & Iron Leaves, and the background music was 
Battle! (Unova Neo Champion 3) (Pokémon Masters EX Version). In addition, a special voice-over line of Hilbert or Hilda saying "Pokémon Masters EX" would play as soon as the game's logo appeared on the title screen, chosen at random each time the title screen was loaded. This lasted from the beginning of the event to December 27, 2025.
