Joyful Music with Everyone (Japanese: みんなで奏でる幸せの音 Sounds of Happiness Played Together) was a story event in Pokémon Masters EX. It was focused on the sync pairs Lillie (Holiday 2024) & Primarina and Bugsy (Holiday 2024) & Kricketune.

During this event, players could earn event points by completing battles. Players received rewards based on the number of points accumulated, including Battle Points, 5★ Scout Tickets, a Tech Move Candy Coin, a 5★ Power-Up, and medals. All battles could be challenged an unlimited number of times except Daily Extreme Battle 1, which could only be challenged once per day.

This event featured the Battle Challenge, where players were challenged to defeat a team of strong opponents. Players could complete event missions by clearing these areas with one or fewer sync pairs fainting and sync pairs with specific theme skills on the team.

First run

The event first ran from December 13 to 31, 2024. The "Lillie Seasonal Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Lillie (Holiday 2024) & Primarina for the duration of the event, and the "Bugsy Seasonal Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Bugsy (Holiday 2024) & Kricketune starting on December 15, 2024 and lasting until the end of the event.

In this run, event point rewards included sync orbs for Lillie (Holiday 2024) & Primarina, sync orbs for Bugsy (Holiday 2024) & Kricketune, and skill gear. Event mission rewards included 5★ Scout Tickets, a 5★ Power-Up, a Support Move Candy Coin, a Sprint Move Candy Coin, and Gems.

The player could battle using Lillie (Holiday 2024) & Primarina or Bugsy (Holiday 2024) & Kricketune to obtain +0.6× bonus points; Viola (Holiday 2023) & Vivillon, Sycamore (Holiday 2023) & Gogoat, Jasmine (Holiday 2022) & Ampharos, Whitney (Holiday 2022) & Sawsbuck, Leon (Holiday 2021) & Calyrex, Nessa (Holiday 2021) & Eiscue, Skyla (Holiday 2020) & Togekiss, Erika (Holiday 2020) & Comfey, Rosa (Holiday 2019) & Delibird, or Siebold (Holiday 2019) & Octillery to obtain +0.4× bonus points; and any unlisted sync pairs with the Alola or Johto theme skills to obtain +0.2× bonus points.

The event reran from December 17 to 31, 2025. The "Super Spotlight Seasonal Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Lillie (Holiday 2024) & Primarina, Bugsy (Holiday 2024) & Kricketune, Viola (Holiday 2023) & Vivillon, Sycamore (Holiday 2023) & Gogoat, Jasmine (Holiday 2022) & Ampharos, Whitney (Holiday 2022) & Sawsbuck, Leon (Holiday 2021) & Calyrex, Nessa (Holiday 2021) & Eiscue, Skyla (Holiday 2020) & Togekiss, Erika (Holiday 2020) & Comfey, Rosa (Holiday 2019) & Delibird, and Siebold (Holiday 2019) & Octillery for the duration of the event.

In this run, the sync orbs were replaced with Yellow Skill Feathers, and the skill gear was replaced with 4★ Power-Ups. Event missions were changed to award only 5★ Scout Tickets, a 5★ Power-Up, and Gems.

Lillie	It's kind of you to think of what's best for Kricketune. But as long as you can spend time with him and spoil him, you should! At least, that's what I think!
Bugsy	Lillie...
Lillie	Besides, Pokémon are stronger than we give them credit for!
Aaron	I agree with Lillie! If you really love your Pokémon, then show it! No need to suppress that affection!
Bugsy	You...really think so?
(Kricketune cries out happily, and Bugsy thinks for a moment)
Bugsy	Thanks, both of you. That's a relief to hear.
(Aaron and Lillie cnuckle)
Bugsy	To tell you the truth, I want to become even closer friends with Kricketune!
(Selene appears in the distance)
Selene	Lillie! Bugsy! Come on—let's practice!
Bugsy	Let's put all that aside for now...and concentrate on this rehearsal!
(Aaron and Lillie cheer; they return to the square with Bugsy)
Bugsy	Sorry I kept you all waiting!
(Elio, Selene, Lyra, Iris, and Rosa chuckle)
And so Bugsy and the others resumed their practice.
Aaron	Bugsy! Think about how best to draw out Kricketune's strengths!
Bugsy	(How to draw out his... Oh, I know!) (Kricketune changes his melody based on others' music around him!) (What if I got everyone to sing even better? But how can I do that?)
(Bugsy notices Lillie and Elio's Primarina singing)
Bugsy	Hey, you two Primarina! Try singing with fuller voices! Imagine you're puffed up like a balloon!
(The two Primarina pause for a moment and cry out)
Bugsy	Yeah, that sounds great!
(Fade to black)
And then...
(Fade back to Bugsy)
Bugsy	Thanks, everyone! Practicing over and over like that really helped us pull this together!
Lillie	Yeah! Let's go all out at the real performance, too!

(Villa; Iris, Rosa, Lyra, Selene, Elio, and Lillie are chatting in groups, while Bugsy stands to the side)
Bugsy	Deep breaths...
(Lillie turns around to face Bugsy)
Lillie	Nervous?
(Bugsy turns around to face Lillie)
Bugsy	A little... What about you, Lillie?
Lillie	Me too. Just a bit. But more so, I'm excited!
Bugsy	Yeah, same!
Lillie	Let's put on the best performance we can!
Bugsy	Yes! And as conductor, I'll lead everyone! OK, let's go! We're gonna give the gift of music!
(The group turns to Bugsy and cheers; transition to the group in the center of the hall, standing in a half-circle)
And so the performance began.
(Lillie takes out her flute and begins playing; Bugsy conducts, as the rest of the group begins to sing)
Lillie	... ... ...
Bugsy	... ... ... (This part should sound like the flutter of Ribombee gathering honey in a field of flowers.) (But then this next little passage is sharp, like a Scyther's slash.)
Lillie	(I can sense what Bugsy's picturing through his conducting.) (Like this part: firm and bold like a Heracross!) (All of our notes coming together to form one sound... This must be what music's all about!)
(Fade to Piers, Roxie, Ryuki, Irida, and Adaman watching the performance from above)
Piers	This is great. I can tell they're having fun.
Roxie	Yeah! It's different from our music, with its own kind of charm!
Ryuki	What a spirited sound. It warms the heart!
Adaman	They sound great. I bet they practiced a lot.
Irida	Why don't you learn from them and practice the flute yourself, Adaman?
Adaman	Nah, I'll pass. I don't have the talent for the flute. But I gotta say...this music really takes me back.
Irida	Yes... It makes me think of the vast land of Hisui.
Adaman	It just goes to show some things never change, no matter how much time passes.
(The performance finishes, and the crowd cheers; Aaron and Viola approach the group, with Viola wearing her holiday outfit)
Aaron	Hey, everyone! Great job! That performance was perfect!
Viola	You all had such wonderful expressions. I got some fantastic photos!
Bugsy	Oh, Aaron and Viola!
Aaron	Thanks to you, I'm sure everyone got to see just how wonderful bug Pokémon are! And I'm a huge bug Pokémon fan myself, so that makes me happy! Thank you!
Bugsy	Oh—but I was only able to do it because of your support, Aaron! And because Lillie invited me in the first place! Plus, everyone worked so hard together! So I'd like to thank you all!
Lillie	Oh, no, no! I'm the one who should be grateful! It was just something I thought up on a whim, but you were all kind enough to join me. I can't thank everyone enough!
Viola	Right, right—thanks all around! But more importantly, come on! We're gonna take a group photo! There's no way I'm missing a photo op like this!
(Fade to black)
Viola	Say cheese, everyone!
