Cosmic Power (Japanese: コスモパワー Cosmo Power) is a non-damaging Psychic-type move introduced in Generation III. It was TR44 in Pokémon Sword and Shield.
Effect
Cosmic Power boosts the Defense and Special Defense of the user by one stage each.
If powered up by a Psychium Z into Z-Cosmic Power, the user's Special Defense stat rises another stage.

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series
In Red Rescue Team, Blue Rescue Team, Cosmic Power is a move with 19 PP. The user raises their own Defense and Special Defense by one stage each. This move is affected by Snatch and Taunt.
In Explorers of Time, Darkness and Sky, the move's PP has been decreased to 14.
Pokémon Rumble Rush
In Pokémon Rumble Rush, all status moves including Cosmic Power could only be used by opposing Pokémon and could not be obtained on any caught Pokémon. Cosmic Power could be seen as a move used by opposing Cosmoem.
