Energy Ball (Japanese: エナジーボール Energy Ball) is a damage-dealing Grass-type move introduced in Generation IV. It has been TM53 since Generation IV.
Effect
Generations IV and V
Energy Ball damages the opponent and has a 10% chance of lowering the target's Special Defense.
Generation VI
Energy Ball's power changed from 80 to 90.
