Effect
Energy Ball damages the target and has a 10% chance of lowering the target's Special Defense.

- In Generation IV, Vulpix's family can obtain this move through breeding, but not via TM. While in Generation V the opposite is true.
- It is a special counterpart to Seed Bomb, except it has an added effect.
