In the anime
Jessie's Cascoon evolved into Dustox in Seeing is Believing. It was her primary contest Pokémon and also, it was known to be able to hold down a good battle. Dustox won Jessie her first ribbon in Team Shocker! at the Solaceon Town Contest.
Jessie's Dustox is seen wearing yellow ribbons on it's antenae, the same ribbons Jessie wore in contest. In Crossing Paths she painfully released it, so that it could go off during the Dustox Mating Season.
A shiny Dustox also appeared in Crossing Paths. This Dustox left with Jessie's Dustox and a big flock of Dustox to go mate during the season.
