Sewaddle (Japanese: クルミル Kurumiru) is a Bug/Grass Pokémon.
It evolves into Swadloon starting at level 20, which evolves into Leavanny when leveled up with high friendship.
Biology
Physiology
Sewaddle sleeping by covering its head with its hood
Sewaddle is a caterpillar-like Pokémon, with a broad, apparently bitten leaf enfolding its head. Its large, spherical head is a pale shade of tan, with two sensory knobs higher up on it. Sewaddle's eyes are dark and circular, with a crescent-shaped, toothed orange snout, and the underside of its face and neck is white. The rest of Sewaddle's body is segmented and green, with three rows of stubby, spherical orange legs.
Gender differences
None.
Special abilities
This Pokémon produces a thread-like substance from its mouth, which it uses to sew together gnawed up leaves to put together leafy clothes. This is the reason it is called the "Sewing Pokémon". Using its sensory knobs, Sewaddle is able to distinguish creatures and objects.
Behavior
When sleeping or hiding from enemies, Sewaddle folds its leaf "hood" over its head. Sewaddle create new clothes for themselves by creating string from chewed up leaves, but its first set of clothes is made by a Leavanny.
Habitat
They live in forests, specifically Pinwheel Forest.
