Cosmic Power (Japanese: コスモパワー Cosmo Power) is a non-damaging Psychic-type move introduced in Generation III. It is TR44 in Generation VIII.
Effect
Cosmic Power boosts the Defense and Special Defense of the user by one stage each.
If powered up by a Psychium Z into Z-Cosmic Power, the user's Special Defense stat rises another stage.

In Red Rescue Team, Blue Rescue Team, Cosmic Power is a move with 19PP. The user raises their own Defense and Special Defense by one stage each. This move is affected by Snatch and Taunt.
In Explorers of Time, Darkness and Sky, the move's PP has been decreased to 14.
