Effect

Ice Fang deals damage and has a 10% chance of freezing the opponent. It also has a 10% chance of causing the target to flinch, if the user attacks before the target.

  • In the anime, out of all the "elemental fangs", Ice Fang does not make a Pokémon's mouth fill with any energy related to its type; instead, a zigzag line of blue strikes the opponent.
