List of outfits in Pokémon Café ReMix
There is a variety of outfits that staff Pokémon can switch into in Pokémon Café ReMix. Depending on the kind of outfit, these can be a cosmetic change or alter the stats and effects of the Pokémon wearing it, such as their Specialty, Specialty gimmicks or Café Skill. These alternate outfits can be obtained through events and other methods. While some varieties are just a special recolored version of the standard uniform, there are some other outfits that are unique designs exclusive to each Pokémon. These outfits when obtained are shared between a Pokémon and their shiny counterpart, as well as between Pokémon with gender differences.
Switching outfits
While in the summary screen of the Pokémon, the outfit can be selected by tapping on the button with the hanger. All the available outfits will be displayed horizontally. Tapping on any outfit will make the Pokémon wear it. The outfit that is selected here will be the one the Pokémon wears if it appears in the Café and when playing orders.
Standard outfits
Every staff Pokémon has 12 outfits or uniforms that can be obtained by raising their level. The difference between these outfits is only cosmetic and switching between any of them will not affect the Pokémon's abilities and it will not update its menu portrait (it will show the standard red for all of them). The same Outfit upgrade applies to all these 12 outfits. These outfits have to be obtained individually by each Pokémon; they are not shared between a Pokémon and its shiny counterpart.

Elements of the staff uniforms
The basic outfits of the Staff Pokémon consist on mainly three pieces: cap, tie and apron, but not every Pokémon wears all the pieces. Some Pokémon may only wear two of the available items, and others like Farfetch'd or Bellossom only wear one item. This is relevant during events where some of the Mission Bingo tasks require to add a Pokémon wearing a particular item to the lineup. These tasks also often include wearing a particular color of the basic outfit.

Monthly Goals variants
Some Pokémon have a variant of their basic outfit, which gives it a unique pattern that is not obtainable by any other Pokémon, although it is shared with their shiny counterparts. These do update the Pokémon portrait in the Pokémon selection screen, turning them into Gold rarity, but it does not offer any other effect in the Pokémon's abilities or stats. They share the same outfit upgrades as the basic outfits. These outfits were obtainable through the Monthly Goals from October 2021 - August 2022.

Mission Bingo variants
Occasionally, Leah comes up with new ideas for the colors of the staff Pokémon's uniforms. These are only obtainable through a limited period of time and are only available for a small selection of Pokémon each. They have to be obtained individually for each Pokémon species, but they are shared with the shiny counterpart and also between gender differences.
They do not update the Pokémon menu portrait (they keep the standard red) and they share the same abilities and outfit upgrades from the basic outfits. These have mostly been obtained as completion rewards of the Mission Bingo cards, with some exceptions being obtained through Challenge Cards, paid passes or Monthly Goals.

Gold-tier alternate outfits
These are special outfits which can be obtained as a reward during an event or as a reward via a Pack or Pass purchased at the Store. Most of these outfits retain the Specialty gimmicks from the base Pokémon, changing mostly the Specialty and the effects of the Café Skill. The outfit can only be upgraded by obtaining it multiple times as a reward. When a Pokémon wears one of these outfits, the menu portrait is updated to depict the Pokémon wearing the outfit with a gold frame.

Rainbow-tier alternate outfits
These are outfits which can be obtained through Special Delivery during limited-time events. Usually, each event focuses on one or two of these outfits, but there are some outfits that are permanently available: Sneasel's Stylish server, Kirlia's Retro diner, Starly's Colorful egg, Sprigatito's Friendly chef, Fuecoco's Friendly chef and Quaxly's Friendly chef. The offering rate for the rainbow-tier outfits featured on each event is lower than the regular Pokémon's rate (usually 0.50%), though it is still higher than the rainbow outfits that are permanently available (0.20%). Most of these outfits change one ore more Specialty gimmicks from the base Pokémon, besides changing the Specialty and the Café Skill effects. Additionally, they gain a Starting skill (a Café Skill icon that appears at the beginning of the order) with the Outfit grade 2 and the Gimmick bonus scored is doubled with the Outfit grade 4. The outfit can only be upgraded by obtaining it multiple times through the delivery. When a Pokémon wears one of these outfits, the menu portrait is updated to depict the Pokémon wearing the outfit with a rainbow frame.

Five-star outfits
Five-star chefs wear a more visually elaborated kind of outfit compared to the previous types, usually with some kind of dynamic background. These are outfits which can be obtained through Five-star Delivery during limited-time events. The offering rate for the five-star outfits featured on each event is lower than the regular Pokémon's rate (usually 0.50%). Most of these outfits change one ore more Specialty gimmicks from the base Pokémon, besides changing the Specialty and the Café Skill effects, besides considerably increasing the Skill gauge. Additionally, they gain a Starting skill (a Café Skill icon that appears at the beginning of the order) with the Outfit grade 2 and the Gimmick bonus scored is doubled with the Outfit grade 4. Five-star outfits also unlock an additional effect when their Café Skills are activated. This effect takes place for a few seconds after the Pokémon's skill is activated, giving an edge in modes like One-minute cooking and Slow cooking. The duration of the effect depends on the grade of the outfit, starting at Level 1 and reaching Level 5 with the Outfit grade 4. The outfit can only be upgraded by obtaining it multiple times through the delivery.
When a Pokémon wears one of these outfits, the menu portrait is updated to depict the Pokémon wearing the outfit with a red and gold frame and the five-star icon.

Unreleased outfits
Across the multiple versions of the game, there have been several outfits for pre-existing Pokémon added to the internal files of the game, whether just with an icon or with full assets (like in the case of Shiny Charmander DJ and Shiny Alolan Ninetales Holiday) that have remained unreleased for some reason, usually due to being Shiny versions of Pokémon that currently don't have a Shiny counterpart released in the game. Most of them have been eventually removed in later updates, but some of them are still present in the game as of version 6.70. All of the unreleased outfits for Pokémon retain their internal index number even if the assets have been removed.
