Stages
Parchment paper gimmicks have two stages. They do not revert back to a previous stage and they do not multiply.

Clearability
Parchment paper gimmicks can be cleared by Pokémon combos by hitting them two times. Megaphones, Café skills, Puzzle powers, Boosters, Choux pastry or combos made by Pokémon with the Parchment paper Specialty gimmick will clear them immediately.
Movability
Parchment paper gimmicks are movable with the tendency of falling to the bottom of the puzzle. They will be moved around the puzzle, pushed by other icons, as the player links Pokémon icons or when setting off megaphones or Café Skills.
Trappability
Parchment paper gimmicks can be contained by other gimmicks: Olive oil, Bubbles, Ice cubes, Coffee ice cubes, Mayo, Gummies, Jelly and Ice pops.
