Clearability

Gummy gimmicks can only be cleared with megaphones, Café Skills, puzzle powers, boosters, Choux pastries or Pokémon links made by a Pokémon with the Gummy Specialty gimmick.

Movability

Icons covered in Gummy are movable with the tendency of floating to the upper part of the puzzle if no obstacles are present. They will float around the puzzle area as other icons push them around when forming combos or when setting off a megaphone or activating a Café skill.
