Trivia
- The color palette of Diantha's EX syle is likely a reference to Shiny Mega Gardevoir.
- Diantha & Gardevoir have appeared on the game's title screen since its launch on August 29, 2019. Despite this, they were not able to be scouted until March 31, 2021, 580 days later. They were the last sync pair appearing on the title screen to be made available for scouting.
- Diantha & Gardevoir were the first fair-exclusive Fairy-type sync pair.
- Sygna Suit Diantha & Diancie are the only sync pair with a Shiny Mythical Pokémon.
- All versions of Diantha use special voice-over lines upon entering a team that contains certain Trainers (regardless of their partner Pokémon) and victory with them. Those Trainers include Calem, Serena, Cynthia, and Malva.
Origin
Diantha's design is based on her appearance in Pokémon X and Y. Gardevoir is Diantha's signature Pokémon in the core series games, where it is also capable of Mega Evolving. Gardevoir's Dex entry comes from Pokémon Ruby.
Diantha does not own a Keldeo outside this game. Keldeo's Dex entry comes from Pokémon White.
Diantha does not own a Diancie outside this game. Diancie's Dex entry comes from Pokémon X.
