  • In her concept art, Lana is depicted with two older twin sisters, as opposed to Harper and Sarah being her younger twin sisters.
  • It is possible to differentiate the twins; Harper is wearing a Shellder blouse, while Sarah is wearing a Slowpoke one.
  • Considering the number of spikes in their hair, with Lana having more spikes as the eldest, it's possible that Harper is the older twin, and Sarah is the younger one.
