Trivia
- Colress is the only character with the Unova theme skill to form a Steel-type sync pair.
- Upon his release, Unova became the second region in Pokémon Masters EX to have a sync pair of every type, behind Sinnoh.
- All versions of Colress use special voice-over lines upon entering a team that contains certain Trainers (regardless of their partner Pokémon). Those Trainers include Nate, Rosa, and Ghetsis.
- Colress also uses special voice-over lines upon winning a battle with Nate or Rosa in the same team.
Origin
Colress's design is based on his appearance in Pokémon Black 2 and White 2. Klinklang is Colress's signature Pokémon in the core series games. Klinklang's Dex entry comes from Pokémon White.
