Fighting Dojo

In the Generation IV games Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, Gym Leaders can be rematched at the Fighting Dojo. To rematch a Gym Leader, player must first register that Gym Leader's phone number, then call that Gym Leader during a specific time window, occurring once a week.

Phone listing

Most of the Leaders' phone numbers must be obtained from them personally somewhere outside of their Gym. The two exceptions are Chuck and Blue, whose numbers are obtained from their wife and sister respectively.

Rematch schedule

The following table shows when the Gym Leaders are free to accept a rematch. If the player calls the Gym Leader at their available time, the Gym Leader will show up to the Fighting Dojo. They can be called repeatedly to battle until their availability time ends.

As midnight to 3:59 AM is considered to be "night" by the game, any Leader who can be battled at night can be battled from midnight to 3:59 AM or from 8:00 PM to 11:59 PM.
