DynamicPunch is a very inaccurate and very damaging Fighting-type move introduced in Generation II. If it hits, it will confuse its target.

In the anime
Pokémon
Flaaffy. A ball of light in the Pokémon's fist. The user then hits the foe with a powerful punch that releases light when it makes contact.
- Used by Sullivan's Flaaffy in Whiscash and Ash in its battle against a wild Whiscash.
Teddiursa. A ball of light forms around its paw as it charages the opponent, fist raised. It then strikes the opponent causing a burst of light.
- Used by Molly Hale's illusuory Teddiursa in Spell of the Unown.
